June 1, 2012 -   Your truck arrived here yesterday afternoon safe and sound. All of the items found at our inspection were taken care of by Pierce.  We will begin the pre-delivery inspection, get the lettering done, and equipment mounted.

May 25, 2012 - Your truck is slated to be ready to travel from Pierce this Friday. Due to the holiday and not wanting to have our Minuteman driver on the road during the holiday weekend, your truck will leave Pierce on Wednesday May 30th.


May 11, 2012 - This week your apparatus completed alignment and initial testing and was back on the line where reflective striping is applied. In the next few days your apparatus should finish 3rd party pump testing and be released to final product evaluation which is part of the quality process. This is your last scheduled report. 


May 5, 2012 -  This week the body and water tank joined the chassis as your apparatus is advancing through the various stations of main assembly to receive additional option content. Next week, it should complete main assembly and advance to the alignment bay, followed by the road test and then initial pump testing. 


April 27, 2012 - This week the cab finished on the cab line and has been merged with the chassis along with the pump house. The body finished in paint and was nearing completion on the body line where harnessing and trim are added. Next week the chassis should begin on the main assembly line where the body and water tank should be merged with the chassis. 


April 20, 2012 - This week the cab began on the cab line where cab related content is added. The chassis has been assembled and awaits the line where it is merged with the drive train. The pump house finished in plumbing.  The body finished fabrication and began the paint process. Next week the cab and pump house should be merged with the chassis. The body should finish in paint.


April 13, 2012 - Your new apparatus cab has finished fabrication and has began metal finishing and paint process. The body and pump panel portion of your apparatus also has started the fabrication stage of the build. Next week your cab should finish the paint process and is scheduled for the cab line where it will receive interior and exterior components as the body and pump panel continues the fabrication process.
